Webinar: Genome Canada Large-scale Applied Research Projects (LSARP 2020)

Genome Canada has officially announced their upcoming competition to support large-scale applied research projects which focus on Genomic Solutions for Natural Resources and the Environment (LSARP2020). The Request for Applications (RFA) is expected by the end of January 2020, but given the scale of these projects and the effort needed to develop a strong, interdisciplinary project team. All projects must include research into the implications of genomics in society, historically referred to as research into GE3LS (genomics and its ethical, environmental, economic, legal and social aspects), either as the major focus of the project or as an integrated component that is shaped by, and helps shape, the overall project.
Genome BC has begun working with interested researchers now and we just receive the information today (Jan 24, 2020) that they will be hosting two Webinar Info Sessions (Next Monday and Tuesday):
