USAID RFI and RFA opportunities
Note: each opportunity has its own deadline, and eligibility for all opportunities is unrestricted, i.e. open to both US and non-US organizations.

RFA (Request for Application)
- Burma Leadership Activity – for this program, USAID seeks to provide no more than $19 million in total USAID funding over a 5-year period. The Burma Leadership Activity is a scholarship program for promising young individuals in Burma to improve technical competencies and leadership. The scholarship program will also prepare participants to promote respect for ethnic and religious diversity. - USAID/Lebanon – This activity will develop capacity in post-secondary education institutions (universities, colleges, and institutes) to better prepare their graduates to be successful in the labor market primarily in Lebanon, but may include the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and global labor markets as well. - USAID/Afghanistan seeks ideas, comments, and information from the public on Higher Education Institution partnerships to be formed through USAID-facilitated co-creation that will assist in developing a portfolio of programs that will most effectively achieve the objectives described above.
