The programme supports research and study visits up to three months within the framework of the bilateral exchange of scientists and scholars.

Eligibility: International researchers who should generally hold a doctorate, work in a higher education institution or a research institute in their home country, have good academic achievement and , if applicable, publications, and have a convincing and well-planned rsearch project
